Matts & Knots
Since we always consider the comfort of your pet, it is our policy that under no condition are any pets to hurt in any way, all pets with matts or knots in the coat have to be clipped short. Matts can diminish blood flow to the skin and consequently skin deterioration can occur if the matts are allowed to stay in the coat over long periods of time. Attempting to brush out large matts does cause pain and bruising. The only way large matts can be removed, without having your pet go through considerable pain, is for the blade on the clipper to go under the matts. This results in the pet’s hair being as short as is necessary to facilitate removal of the matts. Small matts can be dematted so that the hair looks like there was no matt there at all. (Additional fees apply to clip off and dematts service)

Until the dog is seen by the groomer all prices given by phone are approximate.
